IX8 Game Guide: Keep Payments and Game Rounds Separate
Android; verify the current listing
Description

An IX8 Game deposit and an IX8 game round are different events. One is traced through the bank or UPI reference; the other is traced through the room and round ID. Keeping those records separate prevents a frozen animation from becoming a confusing payment complaint.
Before approving a transfer
Compare the receiver, amount and purpose displayed in the UPI app with the request just opened in IX8. The UPI PIN authorises a payment and should never be typed into a website form or shared with support. Save the bank reference after approval.
When the wallet remains pending
Wait for the bank status and the platform status to settle before making the same transfer again. Record one timestamp, amount and reference. Reinstalling IX8 cannot reverse a bank debit, and repeated payments create separate cases rather than speeding up the first one.
When a round loses connection
Open the selected room’s history and find its period or round ID. A crash-style room should show whether an exit was accepted; a reel room should show the final spin; a table room should show the settled selection. Do not rely only on the last frame displayed before the disconnect.
Send useful, limited evidence
A support report needs the relevant reference, time, device and status. Crop screenshots to remove unrelated balances and account details. OTPs, passwords, card PINs and remote phone control are not evidence.
IX8 Game FAQ
Is a bank reference the same as a round ID?
No. They belong to separate records.
Should a pending transfer be repeated?
Not until the first request reaches a final success or reversal state.
Can clearing app data change a settled round?
No. Review server-side history before changing the installation.
